Create a BUSINESS PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Just go to www.PayPal.com and setup or upgrade to a business PayPal account…it takes all of 5-10 minutes…Remember this is for your business so your business name should reflect you if you don’t already have a business name.

Once your Business PayPal Account is setup then login to your business PayPal and click on TOOLS…then select BUSINESS SETUP ….then click on ACCOUNT SETUP…scroll all the way to the bottom and it will say get the PAYPAL BUSINESS MASTERCARD…Request your Business PayPal MasterCard. Also don't forget to confirm your email address!

It should say that it will take 7-10 Business days for the card to arrive at which point you need to contact us to get started OR it will require you to provide ID Verification before the card is sent.
